As the person responsible for the day-to-day direction of the home, you'll have a direct influence on the environment individuals live in and the team that supports them. You'll lead and develop staff, coordinate services, oversee operations, and make sure the residence remains a safe, welcoming place where individuals can exercise choice, build independence, and work toward their goals.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, organizing moving parts, and building a strong team—while knowing that the work ultimately comes back to the quality of life of the people who call the residence home.

You'll also have the support of a collaborative leadership team and opportunities to continue developing your career within The Arc of Ocean County.
