Full job description

The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.

We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in collecting the documents and required forms needed for the new residents’ admission by collaborating with the sales team.
  • Ensure state compliance with the initial chart and resident file setup.
  • Assist DHW in audits and state specific team member training as needed.
  • Assist DHW with state inspections/surveys and collection of any required documentation in preparation of survey.
  • Assist with interview scheduling for the department and on-going hiring.
  • Assist DHW with managing call offs and scheduling during the day.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the DHW and Executive Director as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must complete all state required training.
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, write short correspondence via email or other methods.
  • Must have attention to detail and have working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to problem solve and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Background Screening Requirement Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy.
