Product Management Professional

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Remote)

Role Overview

This position leads or coordinates cross-functional project and program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products ready for customer use. The role involves assignments of moderate to high complexity where the analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The professional will be aligned with a Clinical Platform used for the Medicaid segment, investigating facts and developing solutions during the design and planning phases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product management activities across the full product lifecycle.

Investigate facts, develop solutions, monitor performance, and recommend schedule changes.

Conduct feasibility studies and identify product gaps.

Define product requirements and engage with customers to understand market needs.

Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components.

Provide timely and accurate status updates to leadership.

Utilize product management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.

Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: Five or more years of technical experience is required. Experience with Clinical Platforms and working with a SaaS vendor is mandatory.

Technical Skills: A background in Scrum or Release Management is required.
