Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for an Operations Specialist in Easthampton, MA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Job Description :
The Operations Specialist is the operational backbone of our office. This role is a mix of inventory handling and office support. You will handle a wide range of administrative, data entry, inventory, and reporting activities that keep the business moving every day. This is a hands-on role where you will be trained in our systems and processes, and we expect you to take ownership of your responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Unloading product deliveries, staging products based on workflow.

Kitting internal orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Review and route inquiries professionally, take messages, and follow up as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized office environment.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures.

Store, label, and organize materials to support efficient workflows and safe handling practices.

Coordinate with facilities vendors and service providers to support office operations.

Handle everyday errands: lunch runs, document deliveries, and miscellaneous tasks as they come up.

Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and workplace safety.

Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while contributing to a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High School Diploma/GED
-
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality
-
Comfortable using a computer—experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar tools
-
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
-
Willing to take on a wide variety of tasks—no job is too small
-
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and systems
-
Previous administrative, clerical, front desk, or office experience preferred
-
xperience with MRPeasy, Monday.com, or Oracle preferred
-
Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems preferred

Pay Details: $28.98 per hour
