Part-Time Recruiter – Contract

Location: Remote

Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week; flexible schedule

Duration: 2–3 months+

Employment Type: Interim/Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support an HR team with a high volume of open positions. This person will serve as an extension of the existing recruiting team and take ownership of candidate sourcing and screening.

The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders, identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screens, and recommend top candidates for next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand recruiting needs and open positions

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels

• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess qualifications

• Recommend strong candidates to the recruiting team for further consideration

• Coordinate and support the interview process, including in-person interviews and testing

• Manage multiple openings simultaneously and maintain strong candidate communication

• Utilize the current ATS while supporting the transition to a new ATS platform

• Accounting Managers

• Accounts Receivable professionals

• Production Support – 3rd shift

• Press Brake Designers

• Machinists – multiple shifts

• Bilingual Technical Customer Service

• Design Automation Engineers

• Sales Desk Representatives

• Applications Engineers

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous full-cycle or corporate recruiting experience

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles

• Strong ability to identify qualified candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill positions

• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and/or applicant tracking systems

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a flexible, part-time schedule

Schedule

Approximately 24 hours per week, with flexibility around the days and hours worked.
