Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Operations Improvement Advisor I position to join our team in Lexington, KY!

This position will drive performance/continuous improvement projects in partnership with hospital leaders.Though its focus will be around productivity and labor management, this position will identify best practiceprocesses and facilitates process and operations improvements to maximize patient value. This individual

will partner, advise and provide consultation and support to department leadership in the planning,coordination and implementation of improvement effort to help achieve goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with less than 1 year experience.

Experience in Business, Finance, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Psychology or Engineering preferred.

Lean or Six Sigma Green BeltCertification preferred.
