Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support the supply chain group at a top tech company. This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad, India. This individual will provide critical support for global infrastructure data center operations by driving procurement, order management, and supply planning activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to supply chain teams, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders, change orders, inventory planning, and fulfillment activities. This role will support mass production builds across global data center locations and requires someone who is comfortable

making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced operational environment while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and order management activities, including PO issuance, PO change orders, and order tracking

  • Manage budget tracking, funding maintenance, and procurement-related reporting

  • Execute supply planning activities to support infrastructure builds and on-time delivery

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order and fulfillment issues

  • Analyze operational and procurement data to support business decision-making

  • Maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics related to supply chain performance

  • Support day-to-day fulfillment and operational execution activities across the supply chain organization

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of manufacturing Supply Chain experience

  • Experience with PO issuance, change orders, lead times, forecasting, and PO attributes

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience working with Tableau and SQL, including dashboard creation, maintenance, or automation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups • Data center supply chain experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives

  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for reporting and analysis
