CNC Machinist – $62,400-$83,200 | 100% Paid Employee Medical

Location: Northampton, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift: 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am)

Adecco Search is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a customer-driven, full-service job shop in Northampton, PA.

This is NOT a production environment.

If you enjoy variety, challenging projects, and working on different jobs rather than repeating the same production run, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Horizontal Boring Mills

• Prove out and debug CNC programs

• Edit programs and provide feedback for improvements

• Interpret and efficiently program G-code

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail

• Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience

• Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls

• Strong G-code programming, editing, and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment independently

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Mastercam experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $62,400+ salary, based on experience
