We are looking for an experienced Recruiter - . This Long-term Contract position will focus on coordinating the full recruitment cycle, partnering with leaders to understand staffing priorities, and helping identify strong talent from both internal and external candidate pools. The role is well suited for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can guide hiring decisions with professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and selection support for open positions.

• Partner with supervisors and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop practical hiring strategies aligned with operational goals.

• Evaluate applicants from multiple sources and present candidates with relevant experience clearly, along with hiring recommendations.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and deliver employment offers, supporting pre-employment steps and relocation arrangements when needed.

• Monitor compensation, benefits, and broader human resources practices to help inform competitive and compliant hiring decisions.

• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate hiring records, and provide reporting that supports workforce planning and decision-making.

• Represent the organization in staffing-related events such as job fairs and other talent attraction efforts to strengthen candidate pipelines

Requirements • High school diploma required.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition within a business environment that requires close attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels of management.

• Ability to manage interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications with close attention to detail.

• Knowledge of hiring workflows, candidate evaluation methods, and offer coordination practices.

• Comfortable preparing recruiting reports, tracking activity metrics, and supporting workforce planning efforts.

• Strong organizational and consulting skills with the ability to balance multiple openings and shifting priorities. TalentMatch®
