Business Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 3 Business Analysts to sit 5 days a week onsite with one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Albany, NY for a large-scale integration initiative within the Automation department. Each BA will focus on different areas of the initiative. One will focus on resource management for major data architecture and system integrations. They will build a clear view of demand, capacity, constraints, and staffing needs so leadership can make informed decisions about sequencing, contractor support, resource allocation, and execution risk. The second will focus on stakeholder management. They will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and must have excellent written and verbal communication and organization. They will ensure the correct stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate times, requirements and concerns are captured, communication is efficient, and cross functional groups are aligned on priorities, decisions, and scope. Lastly, the third BA will focus in process management working directly with PMs to lock in and establish good business processes for project execution. They will also be responsible for seeing that agreed upon processes are being utilized and implemented across teams and project managers to achieve deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of ALOCA principles and GAMP 5 (good automated manufacturing practice version 5)
• Strong experience and knowledge of Agile
• Background in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing (GMP compliance)
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite
• Prior experience at Regeneron or Sanofi
• Understanding/experience with SAFe
• Prior experience implementing global networks
