Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Title Officer to support an industry-leading title company on complex commercial transactions across California, Arizona, Nevada, and other national markets. This individual will be responsible for reviewing title commitments, analyzing title defects, and guiding transactions through closing while serving as a trusted partner to clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial title experience, a strong understanding of underwriting principles, and the ability to interpret complex legal descriptions, including metes and bounds. This role supports a high volume of out-of-state and multi-state transactions and requires a professional who can confidently make decisions on complicated title matters while providing exceptional client service. The position is hybrid or remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Newport Beach, Houston or Dallas area.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10+ years of Commercial Title Officer experience

  • Strong commercial title experience

  • Experience reviewing and resolving complex title issues and title commitments

  • Advanced understanding of metes and bounds and complex legal descriptions Strong communication and client management skills with experience working directly with attorneys, lenders, and commercial clients

  • Experience supporting national or multi-state commercial transactions

  • Background in title examination, including performing searches and reviewing chains of title

  • Experience working with commercial transactions in California, Arizona, and Nevada
