Global Risk Analytics (GRA) is a sub-line of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). The GRA team provides quantitative capabilities supporting global risk management and capital management and develops a consistent set of risk and capital models and analytical tools that support decision making across the bank.
Team Overview
The Reporting & Analytics team partners with stakeholders to simplify data, reporting, and decision-making processes by delivering modern analytics, scalable reporting solutions, and actionable insights. The team transforms complex data into meaningful intelligence that enhances the user experience, strengthens risk management, and enables informed, data-driven decisions.
Role Overview
The Risk Analysis Manager leads a team of Risk Analysis Specialists responsible for delivering data, analytics, reporting, and insights that inform decision-making and support risk management across the Bank. This role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure analytical deliverables are accurate, actionable, well-controlled, and aligned to business priorities.
The manager partners closely with senior leaders, business partners, technology teams, and risk stakeholders to translate complex data and risk challenges into scalable analytical solutions. The role is also responsible for driving continuous improvement, strengthening governance, and leveraging Bank-approved AI capabilities to enhance productivity, analytical effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:

People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Risk Analysis Specialists while establishing a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, risk partners, and technology teams to understand priorities, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives and informed decision-making.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Oversee the development and delivery of executive reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights that identify trends, quantify risk, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Data Management & Analytical Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of data models, SQL-based solutions, analytical frameworks, and reporting processes that enable scalable, efficient, and accurate analysis across complex data environments.

Governance, Risk & Control Management: Promote strong governance and control practices by ensuring analytical processes, documentation, methodologies, and reporting outputs are accurate, sustainable, compliant, and well-controlled.

Operational Excellence & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify data structures, automate manual processes, leverage AI-enabled capabilities, and enhance the overall user experience for reporting and analytics consumers.
Required Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, including but not limited to Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

7+ years of relevant work experience in risk analysis, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related risk management functions.
