Full job description

Job Description

This person will help make sure NCL's ships have all the supplies they need to operate, such as equipment, parts, and other materials. They will work with vendors to get pricing, create purchase orders, track orders, and make sure everything is approved and delivered on time. They will also be the go-to person for purchasing questions and help coordinate between the ships, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.

  • Experience with ERP or purchasing systems such as PeopleSoft, MXP, Amos, or Ariba. (they use Amos) Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • CRUISE LINE EXPERIENCE HUGE PLUS

  • Experience with eProcurement, eCatalogs, contract management, eAuctions, or eRFX.

  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems and processes.

  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, quality control, or workflow management Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
