Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain exposure to multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, HR operations, talent administration, employee engagement, and learning & development.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team, assist with HR processes and documentation, and help coordinate company-wide employee programs and events. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and inquiries, providing guidance or directing employees to the appropriate resources.

  • Support the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Coordinate and schedule employee meetings, including exit interviews and 30/60/90-day check-ins.

  • Assist with employee communications and ensure timely follow-up on HR requests.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and support ongoing HR operations.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Enter and update employee information within HR systems.

  • Assist with processing employee transactions such as terminations, organizational changes, supervisor updates, and job title changes.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR documentation and workflows.

  • Track, organize, and maintain employment agreements, severance agreements, and related HR records.

  • Ensure sensitive information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.

Document Management & Process Improvement

  • Organize and maintain digital employee documentation within SharePoint and other internal systems.

  • Track document status, renewal dates, approvals, and compliance-related deadlines.

  • Support HR projects focused on process improvements, document organization, and records management.

  • Assist in maintaining performance management documentation and employee files.

Employee Engagement & Learning Support

  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, volunteer events, and company-sponsored activities.

  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support events and internal programming.

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional events.

  • Help develop HR resources such as FAQs, process guides, training materials, and job aids.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, employees, vendors, and business partners to support program execution.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • 4+ years of strong administrative and coordination experience

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems is helpful but not required.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach when working with employees.

  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools; experience with SharePoint, Workday, or similar systems is a plus.
