React/TypeScript Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Frontend Engineer to join a team within Asset & Wealth Management of a large financial firm in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be supporting a flagship suite of applications used for portfolio modeling, scenario analysis, and investment decision support. This engineer will help modernize and redesign the platform, building new features, dashboards, and user experiences across a suite of React applications. The role is heavily frontend-focused and ideal for someone who is opinionated about React architecture, enjoys influencing technical decisions, and is excited about leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript -Strong understanding of modern React patterns (hooks, state management, component architecture) -Experience building scalable, user-facing applications and driving frontend design decisions -Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a large engineering organization -Node.js or backend development experience -Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Opus AI, etc.) -Experience modernizing or redesigning enterprise platforms -Financial services, asset management, or analytics application experience
