Insight Global is seeking a passionate and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management.

  • Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling

  • Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting

  • Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service

  • Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls

  • Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail

  • Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly

  • Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role

  • Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background

  • Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack
