Job Description

Insurance Services Office, Inc. seeks a QA Analyst II in Jersey City, NJ.

Duties:

Lead analysis for the purposes of developing test cases for websites, web applications, and infrastructure. Perform hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application quality. Serve as a liaison to business analysts and product owners to provide feedback on application readiness for migrations. Provide technical guidance to junior testers and other team members. Provide input in prioritizing, estimating, and defining acceptance criteria. Define test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Provide usable and functional feedback to developers. Interact with customers on issues and provide recommendations. Build automated test scripts. Plan tests and strategies according to the project.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field plus 2 years of related experience. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:

-Experience in the software development industry, participating in a team environment;

-Experience in the following automation tools: Selenium WebDriver;

-Experience in the following programming languages: Python, Java, and C# .Net;

-Testing and automating web services experience including RESTful API;

-CI/CD technologies, including at least one of Bamboo, Bitbucket, Octopus, or Maven;

-AngularJS, Protractor, Jasmine, JavaScript, and RestAssured;

-Cloud-based development and production environment using AWS;

-Atlassian Jira and Confluence; and

-Agile (Scrum).
