Full job description

This job posting is scheduled to close on September 7, 2026.

About Cloaked Cloaked is a consumer privacy and identity platform on a mission to give people back control of their personal data. We let anyone generate unlimited identities - masked emails, phone numbers, and payment cards - scrub their information off data-broker sites, and shield themselves from spam, scams, and breaches, all from one app. Backed by a $375M Series B, we've protected 10M+ identities and removed 1B+ records from the data brokers who profit off personal information. Now we're building the AI-native future of privacy: autonomous agents that monitor, manage, and defend your digital footprint for you.

About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition / People team on a six-month contract. You'll be at the center of the interview process - coordinating calendars, guiding candidates, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and making onsite interviews run smoothly. This is a high-impact, entry-level opportunity to build hands-on recruiting operations experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. The contract may be extended or converted to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do Coordinate Interviews and Onsite Logistics

  • Schedule interviews across time zones and manage calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

  • Coordinate onsite logistics, including room bookings, candidate travel, and day-of details, and greet candidates upon arrival.

Deliver a Thoughtful Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely, and warm communication throughout the process.

Keep Recruiting Operations Moving

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, stages, notes, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and surface scheduling or process bottlenecks early.

  • Support onboarding handoffs and contribute to ad hoc recruiting and People-team projects.

What Skills and Experience Will Help You

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or another fast-paced operational role; internships count.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a candidate-first approach.

  • Comfort using calendar tools, including Google Calendar, and learning new systems quickly.

  • Ability to work onsite and adapt as priorities shift.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Experience supporting high-volume or technical hiring.
