Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker - General (Production Operator) - Rotating Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker - General (Production Operator) - Rotating Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker - Rotating Shift

Location: Norwich, NY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM, working 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, with every other weekend off.

What's the Job?

  • Operate and assist with all manufacturing equipment including blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS, HTSTs, coolers, heaters, evaporators, dryers, and CIP systems.

  • Perform master sanitation in designated areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Conduct in-process testing to verify that finished products meet specified quality standards.

  • Accurately complete master batch records following GMP guidelines.

  • Operate forklifts safely and lift up to 55 lbs as required during production tasks.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and neatness in work documentation.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety protocols.
