-
Executive Battle Rhythm & Communications: Lead the production, logistics, and execution of weekly Staff Calls, Business Meetings, quarterly All Hands, and distinguished visitor briefings (in-person, VTC, and web conference), capturing executive minutes and tracking follow-on actions.
-
Strategic Calendar & MS Teams Integration: Manage short- and long-range organizational calendars and serve as the organizational lead for Microsoft Teams architecture, document libraries, and electronic file archiving.
-
Cross-Functional Operations & Security: Coordinate cross-functional support across systems engineering, logistics, testing, and contracting; maintain program document trees; enforce information security/classification guidelines; and assist with facility space allocations.
Qualifications
-
Security Clearance : Active or Interim Secret Security Clearance is required.
-
Education: Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technical, or a related discipline.
-
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in acquisition life cycle activities/management within a DoD environment (DoDI 5000.02 framework), preferably supporting CPE CBRND, JPM CBRN IEW, or JPdM-level organizations.
-
Software & Systems Proficiency: Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, briefings, and communications.
-
Tasker & Process Management: Experience serving as a single POC for logging, analyzing, assigning, and consolidating cross-functional staff actions and formal taskers using DoD electronic staffing tools.
