-
Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and provide practical guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
-
Deliver legal training to Human Resources and business leaders on employment law developments and risk mitigation.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop legally compliant business solutions that align with operational objectives.
What You'll Need

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
-
Significant experience practicing employment law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience.

-
Wage and hour compliance and litigation, including state-specific employment laws;
-
Restrictive covenants, including noncompetition, nonsolicitation, confidentiality, and trade secret issues;
-

-
Experience supporting or advising staffing, contingent workforce, or multi-state employers is highly desirable.
