Insight Global is seeking an Associate Site Manager for our energy client wind operations in Holbrook, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a utility-scale wind farm. The Associate Site Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field, working directly with wind technicians to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The role is highly focused on supporting and leading technicians rather than managing engineers, making it ideal for someone with a strong wind operations background who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day work of the site.

Skills and Requirements

  • Monitor turbine performance and assist with troubleshooting efforts.
  • Experience in a Lead position
  • Balance of plant experience - substation (high/medium voltage)
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technicians.
