Full job description

Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Technical Support specialist to own and support the hardware, software, and prototyping infrastructure used by design and studio teams. This person will manage device fleets, software licensing, technical equipment, and prototype logistics while ensuring studio environments are ready for reviews, demos, and day-to-day operations.

  • Manage 1P and 3P device fleets and device libraries — procurement, provisioning, tracking, and secure handling of unreleased hardware
  • Administer software licenses for the org
  • Own plotter support and maintenance across all studios
  • Coordinate ID prototype logistics for the two studio locations
  • Ensure studio technical readiness for reviews and demos •Build repeatable processes and partner with IT and Facilities

Skills and Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical program management or technical operations experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of device or asset fleets and vendor relationships
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to build repeatable processes from scratch
  • Experience with confidential hardware programs
  • Studio or lab environment experience
  • Familiarity with large-format printing and prototyping equipment
