Essential Functions
-
Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
-
Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
-
Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
-
Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
-
Additional tasks as assigned.

Displays poise, tact and diplomacy when working with clients to resolve their concerns.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.

High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Problem solving skills to determine root cause.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
-
Bswift or similar benefits admin software experience.
-
Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules.
-
Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.
