Lead Data Archiving Analyst (Harmony HealthData)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Technology Analyst to support the Data Archiving workstream associated with the Epic Journey. The primary focus of this role will be to assess and coordinate the migration of data from legacy EHRs and third-party systems into the Harmony HealthData Archive.

Skills and Requirements

-Lead Healthcare Technology Analyst experience -Strong knowledge of clinical systems, EHRs, and healthcare data workflows -Experience gathering technical requirements and coordinating projects -Familiarity with vendor management, SaaS solutions, data extraction, and file transfers -Ability to evaluate technical effort, risks, dependencies, costs, and timelines -Proven ability to work independently in a complex healthcare environment -Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
