Remote Sr. Integrations Developer (FreshService)

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Integrations Engineer / Integration Developer to support an in-progress Freshservice implementation. The integration requirements, mappings, and processes have already been defined. This person will primarily be responsible for hands-on execution, validation, and completion of the remaining integrations. This is not a role focused on designing a new integration strategy or building highly customized solutions. The ideal consultant can quickly understand the existing environment, work alongside internal engineering and Freshservice teams, and drive the remaining technical work to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, configure, test, and complete application integrations within Freshservice. Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows using UKG as the system of record / source of truth. Integrate UKG with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Active Directory. Validate that data and workflows coming from UKG are functioning correctly. Configure primarily out-of-the-box Freshservice integrations and functionality, rather than developing custom solutions. Work with existing joiner groups and mappings that have already been defined. Support established mover and leaver processes, including existing data retention requirements. Troubleshoot integration issues and help resolve implementation gaps. Partner directly with client internal engineers and Freshservice resources. Work within the existing technical design and requirements to help bring the implementation across the finish line.

Skills and Requirements

Senior-level integration engineering or integration development experience Hands-on experience with Freshservice integrations Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory Experience integrating HRIS platforms with identity/access management systems Experience working with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows Ability to understand existing mappings, integration requirements, and workflows and begin executing quickly Strong troubleshooting and integration testing skills Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal engineering teams
