Full job description

Description We are looking for an FP& A Manager to support financial planning and decision-making for a services organization in Orlando, Florida. This Contract position will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis efforts while providing clear financial insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling capabilities and a practical understanding of financial operations, including experience connected to small business lending environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and longer-range financial plans to support business objectives.

  • Build and refine financial models that evaluate performance trends, business scenarios, and strategic opportunities.

  • Analyze financial results against plan, identify key drivers of variances, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather assumptions, validate inputs, and improve the accuracy of planning processes.

  • Prepare management reporting packages that translate financial data into clear insights for operational and executive audiences.

  • Support cash flow planning and profitability analysis related to services and lending-focused business activities.

  • Review financial data for consistency and accuracy, helping strengthen reporting discipline and planning reliability. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, including ownership of budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical recommendations.

  • Solid background in financial analysis, including variance review, trend evaluation, and performance reporting.

  • Experience working in or supporting small business lending environments is required.

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based analysis and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and operational teams.
