As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Full Time in Fairburn, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report unusual conditions or suspicious activity.

• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.

• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program, or equivalent.

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
