Reno Orthopedic Center wants you to join the team as a Pre-Registration Representative! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to responsible for verifying the insurance status of our patients and obtaining insurance benefits for all clinical office visits at our Main 555 N Arlington Ave location.

What would you do in this role?

Requirements

Certifications/Education

  • High School Diploma/GED;

Experience:

  • Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing.

Knowledge of:

  • Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing.

Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants?

  • Experience working with insurance companies for proper billing and allowable procedures/treatment;

  • Experience performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phone calls, and documenting conversations.
