Responsibilities:

Orders and inventories beverage supplies.

Monitors cost control (labor, cost of sales and direct expenses).

Manages and oversees the beverage team members to include to scheduling, coaching, reviews and any other pertinent team member matters.

Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with ABC and state regulations.

Ensures that qualified individuals are selected and trained in all areas of responsibility.

Adheres to property policies.

Must be able to communicate with team members

Any other duties as assigned
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
