Job Description

This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for master data harmonization (time studies, routings) across ContiTech. The position will guide cross-functional initiatives to standardize manufacturing processes, implement enterprise systems, and establish best practices that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate strategic objectives for master data harmonization initiatives (time studies, routings) across the organization

  • Identify and evaluate synergies within ContiTech to achieve master data standardization goals

  • Research and document best practices and innovative approaches from both internal and external sources

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, plant management, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic roadmaps

  • Report project status and progress to senior management and steering committees on a regular basis

  • Document lessons learned and disseminate best practices and knowledge throughout the community

  • Drive the implementation of tools and systems required to support manufacturing routing structure and cost analysis

  • Develop and implement manufacturing process standards to enhance process transparency and operational efficiency

  • Ensure all standards are properly configured and integrated within the ERP system infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in master data management (time studies, routings) and cost calculation tools

  • Comprehensive production process knowledge for core manufacturing processes

  • Strong management skills, tools, and techniques with demonstrated leadership experience

  • Advanced ERP/SAP knowledge and system configuration experience

  • Solid foundation in industrial engineering principles and practices

  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques

  • Fluent English language proficiency (written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives
