Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 2201 S CLEAR CREEK RD City: KILLEEN State: Texas Postal Code: 76549 Job Description:
- Provides high-level leadership and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Effectively coordinates patient safety initiatives and safety culture activities, such as safety culture survey and unit culture projects.
- Participates with leaders and medical staff in planning, promoting, and facilitating organization-wide performance improvement and quality outcomes activities.
- Facilitates meetings and projects effectively, producing measurable results.
- Creates a positive environment that fosters innovation and change. Ensures accuracy of data collection and submission Collects, aggregates, analyzes, summarizes and reports quality data for hospital organizational performance.
- Recommends and facilitates process changes based on identified risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Windows, typing/word processing [Required]
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office Products, particularly Excel [Required]
- Proficient in PowerBI [Required]
- Performance Improvement Knowledge [Required]
- Data – abstraction, collection, analysis, interpretation, and display skills [Required]
- Leadership skills [Required]
- Regulatory, accreditation, or certification experience [Preferred]
- Ability to develop and implement strategic planning and management [Required]
- Creativity, strong analytical skills, proven ability in problem definition and resolution, and tolerance for detail are essential attributes [Required]
- Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- particularly in Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
Work Experience:
- 5+ years exprience [Required]
- Experience with computers and EMR systems [Preferred]
- Healthcare operations experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
