Opportunities Available

As a Medical Education intern at Stryker, you will:

  • Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities.

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, business priorities, budgeting process, and how these elements support program planning and execution.

  • Build knowledge of customer profiles, including why and how we engage with customers to support business and educational objectives.

  • Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination across internal teams.

  • Support efforts to capture and apply customer feedback, helping the team understand customer needs and improve the Medical Education experience.

  • Apply awareness of internal branding guidelines to help ensure communications and program materials are consistent, professional, and aligned with company standards.

  • Utilize commonly used internal communication tools to collaborate effectively, share updates, and support program execution.

Majors Targeted: Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management, Communications

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
