WHAT WE’RE SEEKING The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing creative materials for promotions, advertisements, national campaigns, and various marketing mediums. Using the Brand Book as a reference, this role works directly with members of the Creative and Marketing teams to implement brand standard collateral while working at a highly efficient pace. This role touches brand extension creative needs in addition to Topgolf venue needs, and will interact with a supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities
- Implement concepts and visual direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, contributing to creative strategy on all Topgolf brand-related projects
- Design marketing materials including brochures, website banners, presentations, ads, professional announcements, and other custom projects as requested
- Maintain asset libraries and creative archives
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of creative tasks across Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, IT, Strategic Partnerships, and Communications
- Meet regularly with supervisor to receive guidance and feedback on ongoing work
CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS Creative Execution & Design Craft Translates creative direction into polished, brand-aligned marketing materials across mediums.
- Implements concepts and visual direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, contributing to creative strategy on all Topgolf brand-related projects.
- Delivers hands-on design of marketing materials including brochures, website banners, presentations, ads, professional announcements, and other custom projects as requested.
Brand Stewardship Applies the Brand Book as a reference to ensure brand standard collateral across all creative touchpoints.
- Works directly with members of the Creative and Marketing teams to implement brand standard collateral.
- Supports brand extension creative needs in addition to Topgolf venue needs.
Cross-Functional Partnership Partners across departments to deliver creative assets on time and with precision.
- Ensures timely, accurate completion of necessary creative tasks across Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, IT, Strategic Partnerships, and Communications.
- Interacts with supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback.
Organizational Rigor & Asset Management Maintains organized creative archives and manages competing project demands efficiently.
- Capable of maintaining asset libraries, creative archives, and related materials.
- Manages multiple projects and programs simultaneously and efficiently.
Technical Proficiency & Craft Range Brings broad design capability across print, digital, and brand-extension mediums.
- Maintains proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Applies strong knowledge and experience in corporate branding, typography, print & web design, apparel, packaging, and environmental design.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design and/or Graphic Design is desired
- 2+ years of creative experience in the graphic design field
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge and experience in corporate branding, typography, and print & web design
- Strong knowledge and experience in apparel, packaging, and environmental design
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, people, and communication skills; extremely organized and detailed
- Capable of managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously and efficiently
