You set the tone for the day, keep the venue buzzing with energy, and make sure every guest leaves smiling. You will be hands-on, guiding walk-ins through booking, running interactive sessions, keeping the venue spotless, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm, no exceptions

• Drive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience inside and outside the venue

• Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive for every group

• Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times

• Handle questions and concerns quickly, making sure guests leave impressed

• Support the venue manager in motivating, training, and coaching the team

• Open or close the venue confidently, ensuring all operational steps are completed.

• Confident with basic tech like tablets and booking systems
