Position Highlights
This analyst will support Greece Police Department efforts to implement the GIVE program. The position is onsite and located at the Greece Police Department headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-
Collect, compile, validate, interpret, and analyze data and trends using standard practices and techniques of crime and/or law enforcement intelligence analysis
-
Perform statistical, spatial, and/or qualitative analyses as needed, using standard software packages
-
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations of analytical results
-
Address emergent public safety threats in relation to Crime Analysis Center (CAC) activities
-
Communicate with law enforcement officers involving crimes in progress, pattern recognition, and predictive analysis

Other duties as assigned
