Description

Sales Team Member

Location: 265 Quaker Rd, Queensbury, NY Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Opening shifts (8am - 4:30pm), Mid Shifts (10am - 6pm), & Closing Shifts (12:30pm - 9pm) & ability to work at least 1 weekend day

Position Overview

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and sales-focused individuals to join our team! As a Sales Team Member, you’ll help ensure each customer leaves with a clean car and a smile.

Responsibilities

  • With a friendly smile, greet customers and guide them through the car wash process

  • Explain car wash services and wash packages

  • Recommend upgrades to services when appropriate

  • Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and work area

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions or concerns

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — training provided!
