Technical Account Coordinator | Pittsburgh, PA | 100% Onsite

Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working alongside technical teams to deliver customized solutions? We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization serving customers across aerospace & defense, energy, lighting, and industrial markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into technical sales or continue building their career in account management within a highly specialized manufacturing environment. You'll become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate custom solutions while collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate orders from initial inquiry through shipment.
  • Review customer drawings and specifications to determine product feasibility.
  • Partner with engineering to develop customized solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, blanket orders, and project timelines.
  • Maintain customer information and activity within HubSpot CRM and ERP systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers across several industries.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with some kind of sales background (will accept experience from internships)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable learning technical products and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Curious, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60,000 to $70,000 base salary, depending on experience | No commission at this time
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • PPO and EPO medical plans, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • Company pays 75% of healthcare premiums.
  • 401(k) with a 50% match on the first 6% contributed.
  • PTO, sick time, and 10 paid holidays.
  • Flexible start times (7 AM or 8 AM).
