Caregivers Wanted: Be the Person Someone Counts On — San Diego $18 –$23/hr | Shifts That Fit Your Life | Paid Training | 401(k)

You Don't Just Do a Job. You Change a Day.

Some people clock in. You show up. For a client with Alzheimer's who needs a familiar face, for a family who finally gets to breathe, for a moment that's smaller than it looks — a warm meal, a steady hand, a laugh at the right time.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. We're growing our team of caregivers across the Greater San Diego area, and we're looking for people who bring both skill and heart.

What Your Days Look Like

You'll help clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. That includes:

  • Personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, always with dignity

  • Mobility support, safe transfers, and gentle redirection for memory care clients

  • Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes

  • Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups

  • Driving clients to appointments and outings

  • Keeping an eye on wellbeing and looping in the care team when something changes

  • Above all — being the calm, consistent presence clients and families rely on

Who Thrives Here

  • Caregivers with hands-on experience, ideally with memory care or neurodegenerative conditions

  • Patient, dependable, and truly compassionate people

  • Clear communicators who work well with clients, families, and teammates

  • Those who can follow a personalized care plan — and adapt when life doesn't

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Able to pass a background check and provide a current TB test

Stand out even more if you have:

  • Safe transfer technique experience

  • Memory care best-practice know-how

  • A sharp eye and quick problem-solving instincts

Why Caregivers Stay With Us

💰 Pay That Respects Your Experience — $18–$23/hour 📅 Real Flexibility — build a schedule around your life, not the other way around 📚 Paid Orientation & Training — you'll never be thrown in the deep end 🏦 401(k) — plan for your future while caring for others 🤝 A Team in Your Corner — support is always one call away 📍 Close to Home — clients across San Diego, so you spend less time commuting
