In this role, you will be instrumental in driving partner engagement, brand consistency, and digital self-service by managing core partner branding and discovery tools—including Logo Builder and Partner Locator—overseeing partner-facing web strategy and publishing, and supporting high-impact marketing communications. You will uphold visual identity and messaging frameworks for the Cisco 360 Partner Program, manage digital content lifecycles across Cisco.com and partner hubs, and deliver audience-tailored communications that inform, enable, and inspire our global partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner Tools Operations & Enablement (Logo Builder & Partner Locator)
  • Tool Operations & Maintenance: Serve as the operational lead for core partner digital tools, overseeing day-to-day updates, feature validation, and maintenance for Partner Locator and Logo Builder.

  • User Experience & Feedback Loops: Monitor tool performance, identify friction points in user journeys, and partner with IT and digital transformation teams to prioritize functional enhancements.

  • Partner Enablement & Assets: Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, instructional one-pagers, and enablement materials to help partners and internal account teams maximize the value of branding and locator tools.

  1. Partner Branding & Visual Identity
  • Brand Governance: Serve as a subject matter expert on Cisco visual identity and partner co-branding guidelines, ensuring partner badges, collateral, and digital assets adhere to global standards.

  • Asset Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct editorial reviews and quality checks on promotional materials, digital banners, and external-facing assets prior to distribution.

  • Co-Branding Guidance: Provide clear guidance and consultation to partners and internal teams regarding proper logo usage, tier badges, and co-branded marketing guidelines.

  1. Web Strategy & Digital Content Management
  • Web Property Governance: Manage, update, and maintain partner program web pages across Cisco.com and partner digital properties, ensuring all information is accurate, well-organized, and accessible.

  • Publishing Workflows (DART): Submit, track, and manage web publishing requests through DART for content updates, new page launches, and site modifications, partnering closely with Web Operations on technical execution and structural changes.

  • Content Lifecycle & Auditing: Conduct regular content audits across published properties to identify and remediate outdated information, broken links, or superseded program guidelines.

  • Launch & Milestone Readiness: Coordinate web release timelines to ensure that program enhancements, policy updates, and major announcements are reflected across digital touchpoints simultaneously.

  1. Marketing Communications & Editorial Governance
  • High-Impact Communications: Write, edit, and curate high-quality marketing communication assets—including partner newsletters, program announcements, executive summaries, digital articles, and promotional collateral.

  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure all partner- and internal-facing communications strictly adhere to approved Cisco 360 Partner Program messaging frameworks, value propositions, and editorial standards.

Who You Are You are an experienced marketing professional who blends creative writing and brand stewardship with structured digital execution. You are adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, building strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering polished, partner-centric deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, partner/channel marketing, digital content management, or a related B2B marketing role.

  • Content & Publishing Platforms: Hands-on experience working within enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital intake/workflow management systems (e.g., DART, JIRA, or equivalent).
