Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support.  Assistant manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of indoor activities and pool facilities. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. Assistant Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our retail and rental stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $25.00/h - $28.60/h

  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

  • Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 2-10 multi-unit employees

  • Providing consistent and direct feedback, coaching and guidance to team members.

  • Designing, executing and tracking training plans

  • Ensuring department and staff have all necessary supplies

  • Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere

  • Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques.

  • Communicate ideas or issues with Management

  • Manage operational budgets and payroll

  • Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products

  • Administrative duties

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience

  • Knowledge and passion for talent development

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task

  • Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment

  • Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests

  • Familiarity with POS system – preferred

The expected pay range is $25.00/h - $28.60/h. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
