Lead Technical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Workplace Services Project Manager to support corporate office buildouts, renovations, and workplace refresh initiatives across a large enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple workplace services projects, coordinating vendors, managing project deliverables, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion.

This position is focused on project leadership and execution rather than hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities Manage corporate office build and workplace refresh projects across multiple locations. Oversee 2-3 concurrent projects, typically large-scale initiatives lasting 1-3 years. Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, including: Low-voltage contractors Help Desk and IT support teams Furniture and workspace vendors Real Estate and Facilities teams Drive project execution, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate communication across business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Utilize Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to track project progress, resources, and issues. Provide remote support and oversight for projects occurring across various geographic regions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards.

• In the office 5 days a week and potential travel (~10-20%).
• Pay rate ~$70/hr

Skills and Requirements

• ~8–10 years of experience in technology project or program management, ideally within corporate office buildouts, refreshes, or infrastructure deployments
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including circuits, PoE, and enterprise office technology environments
• Experience coordinating across telecom providers, construction vendors, and internal IT teams
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (ServiceNow SPM preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage with business and technical teams
• Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours based on project requirements
• Ability to manage several projects, ranging from small to large, at the same time

• Candidates should demonstrate a well-rounded technical background across both infrastructure and end-user technology, rather than deep specialization in a single area and have experience leveraging AI
