Warehouse Supervisor / Order Selector

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor / Order Selector to lead daily floor operations while also selecting and preparing customer orders. This hands-on role combines team leadership with direct order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select, pick, and stage orders accurately and on time, meeting productivity and quality standards

• Supervise warehouse associates, assign work, and cover the floor as needed

• Receive, put away, and organize inventory; maintain clean, safe, and labeled storage areas

• Verify shipments, complete paperwork, and resolve order discrepancies

• Train team members on picking procedures, equipment use, and safety rules

• Track inventory accuracy and report shortages, damages, or process issues

• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified) as required

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience, including order selecting or picking

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and basic computer or scanner skills

• Forklift certification a plus
