The Role
We are looking for aJunior Recruiter with UAE real estate experienceto support the Recruitment Manager in building and scaling our Real Estate recruitment function.
You will play a hands-on role in sourcing, engaging and bringing talented real estate professionals into PRYPCO, while developing a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate talent market.
What You'll Do
- Support the Recruitment Manager with hiring across the Real Estate division.
- Source experienced agents and fresh talent through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial conversations.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and joining processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Build relationships with agents and understand the Dubai real estate talent market.
- Support recruitment campaigns, networking and talent initiatives.
- Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within UAE real estate.
- Experience or strong exposure to the Dubai real estate market.
- Good understanding of the local agent landscape and brokerage environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organised and highly motivated.
- Comfortable with sourcing, outreach, follow-up and candidate management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
- Someone who is hungry to learn, grow and build a career in recruitment.
