Full job description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Home Health contract in Arlington, TX and surrounding areas . This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while working with a patient-focused home health team.

Coverage Area: Arlington service area

Contract Length: Approximately 3-Month Contract with possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
-
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits
-
Hours: 40 hours per week
-
On-Call/Weekend: Yes. Shared on-call rotation among LVNs, including approximately 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days per rotation
Responsibilities
-
Provide skilled nursing visits and patient education in home health settings
-
Perform wound care, wound VAC management, and other skilled nursing procedures
-
Provide care for patients with PICC lines and PleurX drains
-
Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
-
Administer treatments and medications as ordered by the physician
-
Complete accurate clinical documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
-
Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory standards
-
Travel throughout the Arlington service area to provide patient care
Requirements
-
Current LVN/LPN license
-
At least 1 year of home health experience
-
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
-
Experience with wound care, wound VACs, PICC lines, and PleurX drains
-
Ability to manage patient visits independently

Reliable transportation for local travel

Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
