The Opportunity: The Security Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution across all functions of the enterprise security team. This role ensures security initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business and risk priorities, and executed consistently What you’ll do…

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to enterprise security like SOC, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, IAM, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Compliance, Product Engineering and other internal teams to ensure security requirements are properly scoped and executed.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including regular project updates, risk reporting, and status dashboards.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure projects are compliant with relevant security and privacy standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, OWASP, NIST).
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Who you are?

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technology or cybersecurity-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts.
  • Direct experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence).
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM).
