📍 Position: General Utility Worker

Be part of a dynamic production team where you'll rotate through multiple areas and gain valuable experience in manufacturing, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse operations.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Pack finished products into boxes accurately and efficiently

• Inspect products for quality and remove defects

• Palletize finished goods and move pallets using pallet jacks

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility

• Set up, disassemble, and assist with cleaning production equipment

• Build boxes, apply labels, and support inventory tracking

• Complete production and quality documentation

• Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards

🔧 We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience

• Experience operating pallet jacks (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to read and write English

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work in a refrigerated setting

❄️ Work Environment

• Temperature maintained between 30°F - 40°F

• PPE provided:

• Overcoat

• Gloves

• Hard Hat

• Safety Glasses

• Ear Protection

• Non-slip Rubber Boots

1st Shift: Monday - Friday

🕠 5:30 AM - 3:45 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
