ERP Functional Analyst

Description

• Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments.

• Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Configure and maintain ERP modules to support day-to-day business operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and implementations.

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide ongoing user support.

• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

• Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for system changes and upgrades.

• Support data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Train end users and serve as a subject matter expert for ERP functionality.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 3+ years of ERP functional analysis, business systems, or ERP support experience.

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Operations.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.

• Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and data analysis tools.

• Experience supporting ERP integrations with CRM, WMS, EDI, MES, or other business applications.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar ERP platforms.
