About the role: The Bar Manager oversees organizes and leads training for multiple bars, restaurants and the lounge. The Bar Manager sources clients for the F&B operation, establishes and maintains long term relationships with clients and patrons as well as external vendors and suppliers.

What you will do:

• You will work closely with Restaurant managers and the Director of Food & Beverage as well as other Four Seasons departments.

• You will also work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to offer an attractively balanced and well-presented Food & Beverage selection.

• Lead, coach, and develop beverage team members while fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and teamwork.

What you bring:

• Passion for wine, beer and spirits.

• Previous experience within a similar role of overlooking the resort's entire beverage program (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

• Must possess strong knowledge in wines, particularly Italian wines & French champagnes.

• Must be highly adaptable, flexible, and possess high levels of credibility and respect as well as food knowledge.

• Have a minimum of 3 years as a Food and Beverage manager experience in a hotel setting.

• A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full time, (early mornings, days, evenings, or weekends.)
