We are looking for a qualified   Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can create job postings, advertise listings, screen and interview candidates, collaborate on workforce planning, and assist in job description drafting and organizational design among other responsibilities. This position is in-person located in our   Salt Lake City, Utah   office . Candidates for this position must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned office and field positions, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

  • Schedule interviews, conduct screening calls, coordinate hiring team calendars, prepare interview materials, and communicate next steps to candidates in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment databases.

  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process by providing status updates, candidate information, and administrative assistance.

  1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Conduct targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified talent.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Perform initial candidate outreach and screening activities to assess qualifications, interest, and fit for open opportunities.

  • Develop talent pools of both active and passive candidates to support current and future workforce needs.

  1. Job Posting & Employment Marketing
  • Create, post, update, and monitor job advertisements across approved recruiting platforms.

  • Ensure job postings accurately reflect position requirements, company culture, and employment branding standards.

  • Recommend improvements to recruiting advertisements, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement efforts to increase applicant quality and response rates.

  • Track recruiting metrics associated with job posting effectiveness and candidate attraction.

  1. Job Description Administration
  • Create, maintain, and update job descriptions in partnership with managers and Human Resources.

  • Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect essential duties, qualifications, organizational structure, and business requirements.

  • Assist with job title standardization, documentation consistency, and periodic job description audits.

  • Support the development of job postings based on approved job descriptions and organizational needs.

  1. Bilingual & Field Workforce Recruiting
  • Support recruiting efforts for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking candidates.

  • Collaborate with field and fabrications facility leadership on manpower scheduling to anticipate future recruitment needs.

  • Assist with attracting, screening, and coordinating candidates for office, shop, and field-based positions.

  • Build relationships with community organizations, trade schools, workforce agencies, and other recruiting resources to expand candidate pipelines.

  • Help ensure recruiting practices are inclusive, professional, and accessible to a diverse workforce.

  1. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Support
  • Assist Human Resources leadership with organizational design initiatives, workforce planning projects, and organizational documentation.

  • Maintain organizational charts, reporting structures, position inventories, and related workforce planning records.

  • Collect and organize workforce data to support staffing recommendations and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Participate in special Human Resources and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Qualifications Include:

  • Zero to two (2) years of recruiting, human resources, administrative, customer service, or related professional experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

  • Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred but not required.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to office, shop, or field locations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and managers.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to create a positive candidate experience.

  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn recruiting, organizational design, and human resources practices.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong time management and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with diverse groups of employees and candidates.
